What time are Destiny 2 servers online for The Final Shape?

Destiny 2 server maintenance is set to be complete at 10:30 a.m. PDT on June 4. At that time, The Final Shape should be available to play. Players trying to log in early after pre-downloading the update will be met with a message saying, "Destiny 2 servers are not available. Dismiss this message to try again."

This should not occur once the time for the new expansion to go live has arrived. So, if you are trying to play The Final Shape and you can log in and hop on, you are good to go! At the time of this article's release, servers should be online and ready to go, ideally.

Destiny 2: The Final Shape preload

This comes after servers were taken offline on June 3 at 9:30 a.m. PDT for maintenance. But why the long downtime, you ask? There is a lot of new content that needs to be preloaded.

This all includes a new Dungeons and Dragons set of loot gear, all of the new campaign content coming with The Final Shape, new weapons, Prismatic subclass, balance patches, and so much more. For more news and updates on Destiny 2: The Final Shape, stay tuned on esports.gg!
