Some players have already secured their presence at the offline event. Battles for the remaining spots are fierce.

It turned out that North America is the most competitively interesting region for Brawlhalla esports Summer Circuit 2024. The players here have created an exciting level of uncertainty — even with only one open online event remaining in the season, the fate of three other Invitational spots is unknown.

In Europe and South America, the competitors are fighting for one and two invites respectively. Could someone deliver awesome surprises during the Brawlhalla Trial of Freya weekend?

All of the details about this event are here. Watch the stream, check out the schedule, and don’t miss the viewership rewards! The final results have been added to the article.

Where to watch Brawlhalla Trial of Freya

It’s an official Brawlhalla esports event, so the channels on YouTube and Twitch streamed it. We also have the Trial of Freya NA stream embedded below.

The Trial of Freya results

Check out the Trial of Freya final results in this section plus brief recaps with information on the best Brawlhalla Legends. The results are divided by the regions:

  • Southeast Asia
  • Europe
  • South America
  • North America

Southeast Asia

KeithThePooPoo dethroned himwy in the SEA region (at least for now). The player found a way to defeat this mighty opponent in the winners final — KeithThePooPoo played Caspian, while himwy was on Koji. In the grand final, himwy switched to Petra and Asuri, but it still did not help.

KeithThePooPoo wins the Trial of Freya in Southeast Asia.

Europe

Something totally unexpected happened at the European Trial of Freya. Not only did Godly not win the tournament, but he also did not reach the top 8. The EU Brawlhalla powerhouse finished 9th this time. Is this the lack of motivation due to being already qualified for the Royale?

The victory went to bamya, who was 8th in the general standings before this Trial. The player succeeded with Mirage against Fait of Marker in the semi and with Mordex against Val of Ra1n.

It’s interesting to note that three players in the top 4 took Mordex to the Trial of Freya fights. The wolf should be pretty strong!

South America

The Greatsword king is on top of his region once again. yüz, the Brawlhalla World Champion 2023, wins the second Trial of the Summer Circuit 2024, while playing his main Legend, Jaeyun.

The other two-time Trial champion in SA, Kyna, experimented with a different character this time. In the lower final against Asuri of Fiend, he switched to Yumiko — despite generally winning the match already. Kyna took Teros again in the last game of the lower final against Kaya of lores.

There are three Asuri players in the top 8, which is classic for the region. Seeing Kaya in the top 3 is great too, as the Legend somewhat lost her competitive positions in the recent builds.

North America

One more Brawlhalla star has risen to the gold medals level. In North America, Markiemoo won an official tournament for the first time. Still, it feels like a logical sequence of the player’s successes at the previous Trials.

The NA Trial of Freya added a proof of the general reputation of Mordex as a super-mighty Brawlhalla character. Not only did Markiemoo play the wolf and win with him, but Sandstorm also switched to Mordex from Tezca — for the mirror grand final matches.

Raydish was on Red Raptor again, which makes two Battle Boots Legends in the top 3. As for unusual picks, Imugi was in the top 8 brackets, and the new Legends reached so high for the first time ever.

To include all of the regional matches, the Brawlhalla Trial of Freya goes on for three days. The detailed schedule is in the table below.

Regional competition: Preview

Throughout Brawlhalla Summer Circuit 2024, we've noticed dominant players and regional differences in character usage.

Europe

Godly totally dominates the European scene. He won all three Trials of the Summer Circuit 2024 while playing mainly Teros. The player took Petra and Tezca for some matchups.

According to the official standings, Mounir and Ra1n have qualified for the Autumn Royale. Mounir has a remarkable variety of Brawlhalla Legends in his active roster — he played seven characters at the Trial of Skuld top 8. Ra1n represents the younger generation of competitors. Thanks to his successes, he was promoted to the main sponsorship program within his organization, Kingdom. With Val, Ra1n twice finished 2nd, and only Godly stopped him from winning.

South America

Kyna and yüz are at the top in South America. Kyna is the champion of Brawlhalla Spring Royale 2024 and Mid-Season Championship 2024. Teros is his main character. Meanwhile, yüz is the World Championship 2023 winner, and he has been playing Jaeyun for quite a while. The player won the Trial of Laufey and propelled himself to the Invitational qualifying limit. Kyna won both other Trials: Heimdall and Skuld.

North America

Only one player has already earned his Royale invite in this region: Raydish, who won two Trials with his main character, Red Raptor.

Then, we can see some mighty competitors battling for the rest of the invite winner of World Championship 2022, is on Koji now, and this brings him decent results. BalloonBoy has been playing Zariel, Diana, and Hattori recently — he was 2nd at the Trial of Laufey.

The points gap is not drastic, and the North American Brawlhalla Trial of Freya event may treat us to interesting surprises.
