Those pesky red and blue crystals block a ton of paths in Pragmata, so let's learn how to clear them.

Early on in Pragmata, you’ll come across stark, red, and blue crystals that you can’t get past, no matter how quickly you jump or thrust. While even the earliest levels of Pragmata have these crystals, you won’t be able to clear them until you reach a specific point in the story.

Below, we’ll explain exactly how you can clear those annoying crystals in Pragmata.

How to get past the red and blue crystals in Pragmata

As you might have expected, Pragmata eventually gives you a clear-cut way to clear the crystals for yourself. Unfortunately, you’ll need to wait until you’re a few hours into the story before you can acquire this ability.

Specifically, you need to reach the “Office Space Station” fast travel point. This is located within the second main level of the game, which sees you travel to a recreated version of New York City. After reaching the Office Space Station checkpoint, keep going until you come across a room with a large barrier of the red and blue crystals.

Here, Diana will be able to consume some new technology that allows her to hack into the crystals and completely get rid of them from the path. This technology is called the “Lim Eraser,” and all it requires you to do is hold “F” on keyboard or the interact button on controller when you’re in front of the crystals. After a few seconds, the crystals will be gone, and you can proceed on the path that they were blocking.

More often than not, the red and blue crystals will be blocking some kind of secret entrance or rare item in Pragmata. They are not usually associated with the main path that you need to take to advance the story and proceed on with your current level. So when you see the crystals, you can assume there’s something noteworthy behind them.

It’s worthwhile to revisit earlier levels in Pragmata to clear away the crystals and access areas you couldn’t before. Specifically, the streets of New York City have a ton of the crystals that block upgrade components, lunum, mods, and other items.
