The Swordfish A1 has arrived in Warzone, and here's the best loadout you can use for the marksman rifle.

Call of Duty: Warzone’s latest weapon is the Swordfish A1, a marksman rifle that was last seen in Black Ops 4. Unlocked through the Counter Skies event, the Swordfish A1 is certainly an intriguing option across all Warzone modes, as it’s a four-round burst rifle that is described as the most accurate weapon in its class. With such strong accuracy, though, building a loadout around the Swordfish A1 can get a little tricky in Warzone.

Below, you can see the strongest loadout of attachments for the Swordfish A1 in Warzone.

Best loadout for the Swordfish A1 in Warzone

Traditionally, burst weapons are extremely hit or miss in Warzone. While the M8A1 was recently at the top of the meta in Season 2, that’s only because of its fully-auto attachment. Fortunately, the Swordfish A1 has a lot going for it, as it’s deadly accurate, has a large default magazine, and packs a serious punch. You’ll still want some key attachments to give you the best chance with it in Warzone, however.

Here’s our recommended loadout for the Swordfish A1:

  • Optic: Greaves AccuSpot 3x Scope
  • Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
  • Barrel: 16.5″ GAR-XL Barrel
  • Stock: Amber-J Stock
  • Fire Mods: MFS Penta Burst Mod (Prestige Attachment)

Loadout Build Code: M05-QMCXN-KVKF7-1

For this loadout, we’re choosing to use the MFS Penta Burst Mod, turning the Swordfish A1 from a four-round to a five-round burst weapon. This increases damage as well as fire rate, but does lower recoil and mobility. Fortunately, we can improve those stats with other attachments. You’ll still have some slow mobility with the Swordfish, but it’s meant to be a long-range option.
