The Swordfish A1 has returned in Black Ops 7, but what's its best loadout?
After seven years, the classic Swordfish A1 marksman rifle has returned in Call of Duty. Last seen in Black Ops 4, the Swordfish A1 is now available in Black Ops 7 through the new Counter Skies in-game event. It will take a little bit of work to unlock the Swordfish A1, but once you do, you’ll have a monster of a marksman rifle in Black Ops 7 that has a terrific loadout for multiplayer.

Best loadout for the Swordfish A1 in Black Ops 7
The one trait that separates the Swordfish A1 from other burst-fire weapons in the game is its a four-round burst rifle. This is the same as the M8A1 in Black Ops 7, but the Swordfish A1 is far more accurate at the cost of some damage range and handling. It’s touted as the most accurate marksman rifle in multiplayer, but you’ll still need a solid loadout to make the Swordfish A1 competitive.

This loadout for the Swordfish A1 primarily makes use of the MFS Penta Burst Mod, which turns the rifle into a five-round burst weapon. This also increases its fire rate at the cost of some recoil and mobility. However, we easily make that up with the other attachments on the loadout, turning this Swordfish A1 into a highly accurate killing machine.
