Some of the best Rocket League teams in the world changed their rosters quite significantly.
The transfer window before the Rocket League 2025 Split 1 brought us many surprises. Imagine winning the World Championship and then releasing the entire roster! Such transfers happened in a variety of esports teams.
Here we have lists of big Rocket League transfers in preparation for Split 1 of RLCS 2025.
Team BDS: No Rocket League players for RLCS 2025 Split 1
In the previous season, the team won two big Rocket League esports titles. Team BDS are champions of the Esports World Cup 2024. And what is even more important, Team BDS are the World Champions 2024.
Still, even these achievements did not stop the organization from losing the entire roster. All three players and the coach have left Team BDS. So far, there is no information on the new Rocket League roster for Team BDS in 2025.

G2 Esports: The best in NA are out
The team had a pretty good season in 2024. G2 Stride won the RLCS 2024 London Major. They were 2nd at the Copenhagen Major and the World Championship 2024. Now, the entire G2 Esports Rocket League roster are free agents and there is no replacement in sight.

Gen.G Mobil1 Racing: A new Rocket League roster
The results of the 2024 roster were decent but not brilliant. Maybe this is the reason why Gen.G Mobil1 Racing replaced all the players. The team was in the top 8 at both RLCS 2024 Majors. Gen.G reached the top 4 at the Rocket League EWC 2024 event. The World Championship result is rather disappointing, though: 12th-14th.

NRG
The recent results of this Rocket League team are rather a pale reflection of the former glory. From winning NA Seasons and Season Finals to not qualifying for Majors — it feels like the organization reached the point of rebooting the NRG Rocket League roster.
