Below are the steps that need following to make paper in Pokémon Pokopia.
Step 1: Collect Wastepaper
You will first need to collect Wastepaper from the Sparkling Skylands. To access the Sparkling Skylands, you must first obtain the Ultra Trainer Rank. Once acquired, you can enter the Sparkling Skylands through the north Withered Wasteland, west Bleak Beach or East Rocky Ridges.
Step 2: Visit Dream Island
Then, you will need to visit Dream Island, which can be done by giving a Dragonite Doll to Drifloon. Dragonite Doll’s can be purchased from Pokémon Center PCs.
Step 3: Convert Wastepaper
Once on Dream Island, you will need to find a Pokémon with Recycle. Pokémon such as Trubbish or Metang will do the job. Give them the Wastepaper, which they will then recycle into regular paper.
Once all of these steps have been completed, players will officially have paper in Pokémon Pokopia.
