Can you find shiny Pokémon in Pokopia?

Pokémon Pokopia is all the rave within the world of Pokémon, as it blends game-styles from titles such as Minecraft and Animal Crossing, but in the world of Pokémon. With shiny Pokémon being such a large aspect of the franchise, many are curious whether or not shiny Pokémon can be found in Pokopia.

At the moment, no one has discovered shiny Pokémon in Pokémon Pokopia. That is, anyone who would have taken to the internet to post their findings, at least. This leads people to believe that there are no shiny Pokémon in Pokémon Pokopia.

However, shiny Pokémon are incredibly rare, meaning there is a small chance no one has discovered them within the game yet, but they could be there.

For now, we are going to go ahead and say that shiny Pokémon do not exist within Pokémon Pokopia, but we will update this article if ever proven different.

What are shiny Pokémon?

Shiny Pokémon are incredibly rare types of Pokémon, where they sparkle with a different color. These Pokémon are found in extreme rarities, making them almost impossible to find within the games. In fact, many people go shiny hunting, where they constantly are resetting their game in hopes of finding a shiny Pokémon.

With the re-release of Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, many people across the internet have been posting their attempts at getting a shiny starter. Some players have stated resetting their game thousands of times before finding one. That is how rare shiny Pokémon are.

So, Pokémon Pokopia could very likely just have not shown any starters to people yet. And, for all we know, shiny Pokémon could come in a later update. We will simply just have to wait and see.
