Ambessa: A mix of a meme and another LoL player’s frustration

According to many League of Legends players, Ambessa Medarda is an overpowered champion. Wondering if Riot has created yet another champion too broken for League of Legends and is destined to get the most bans on solo queue? The answer is absolutely yes. Did they learn anything from K'Sante, Briar, or Smolder? Prepare yourself because Ambessa Medarda is the next ADC, support, and mid-laner hunter.

Why is Ambessa a mix of Renekton, Darius, and K'Sante? The "Matriarch of War" or "K'Sante 2.0," as many fans have called her, has one of the most powerful kits that's full of dashes and damage. She will be a top laner with a lot of health, shield, armor, and magic resistance. Yes, she also has multiple dashes, gives you a lot of damage, and takes away your willingness to play the game.

Don't forget that she can also become unstoppable with her ultimate, kill you in two seconds if you have low health — bot lane, I'm so sorry for you — and many other attributes that make her super unbalanced, strong, and broken. K'Sante, the master of being unbalanced that Riot tried so hard to make him normal, has now been replaced by your worst enemy: Ambessa Medarda. Instead of one ban, you must force your team to ban two overpowered champions.

Well, future Ambessa mains, you'll suffer because there's nothing more a Poppy main loves than to counter every champion full of dashes in League of Legends. If you love to make others suffer, then wait until you meet a Poppy in your lane.

Canonically, not even close. They're not even from the same region. Renekton is from Shurima while Ambessa is from Noxus. However, some fans compared them in terms of their color scheme, hair, and weapons.
