ManCity Esports has announced the signing of top professional Fortnite player Sebastian 'Trippernn' Kjaer. A veteran in the scene—Trippernn began his competitive Fortnite career in 2018. Some achievements for Trippernn include ten Fortnite Champion Series (FNCS) Finals appearances, including the recent FNCS Invitational 2022, where he and former teammate Thomas 'Th0masHD' Høxbro Davidsen finished fourth overall.
After a lengthy stint in free agency, the Danish standout Trippernn has found a home with the reputable ManCity Esports organization.
Trippernn signs with ManCity Esports
ManCity Esports announced its newest Fortnite player with a brief video featuring some of Trippernn's outstanding highlights. The player also appears in the video, sporting the team's jersey. In a comment to ManCity, Trippernn said he's excited to work with the organization:
"I am super excited for this next step in my career and for the opportunity to join Man City," he said. "I am very happy to be here and look forward to representing the team at the highest level."
Trippernn was last on an organization in April 2022. Since then, he's ascended Fortnite's European scene as one of the best. Of late, Trippernn placed highly at the FNCS Invitational 2022 and now competes alongside fellow ManCity player Konrad 'Skram' Skram.
The sky's the limit for what this duo could accomplish following an eighth-place finish in the FNCS Major 1 Week 1 Finals.

Esports organizations are not entirely out of Fortnite. Although Sentinels, Counter Logic Gaming, and Become Legends have bowed out recently, ManCity has maintained a small yet impactful team. Several professional players congratulated Trippernn on the move to ManCity Esports, including NA East player Aidan "Threats" Mong and recent FNCS Invitational runner-up Harry 'Veno' Pearson.
Trippernn is a well-respected player in the European Fortnite region who has risen through the ranks over five years. He now has an organization to call him and $10 million in prize money to compete for this year.
