The Aussies are going global, acquiring regali for the 2025 season.
Australian squad FlyQuest is going international, picking up Romanian sniper Iulian "regali" Harjău today as the CS2 offseason rolls on.
The 22-year-old AWPer has spent the better part of three months competing domestically in Europe but has built up quite the resume built up thanks to stints with Copenhagen Flames, OG, and Entropiq.

Regali links up with FlyQuest a fortnight after veteran Aussie Alistair "aliStair" Johnston was benched following the squad's exit from the Shanghai Major.
The move sees the all-Australian outfit adopt a European player for the first time since FlyQuest signed the Grayhound Gaming roster back in March. In doing so, FlyQuest follows in the footsteps of the Australian squads of old, particularly the Renegades roster of the late 2010's that saw the likes of Nemanja "nexa" Isaković and Joakim "jkaem" Myrbostad join the core down under.
Regali burst onto the scene in 2021 through Fnatic's academy program before joining the main squad for a month in 2022. He was dropped back to Fnatic Rising but, in late 2022, linked up with Copenhagen Flames ahead of the IEM Rio Major.
The squad failed to qualify for the big show, but throughout the end of the year CPH Flames rose to the top of tier two EU CS with regali a major part of the squad's success. His individual performance earned him a ticket to OG, where he could finally get amongst LAN competition — and he didn't hold back.
OG blew past Complexity and Apeks to reach the IEM Cologne main event, giving Natus Vincere a run for their money in the group stage. Regali recorded a team-high 0.98 rating in the early exit, but it was his 1.21 rating and +32 kill differential in the Play-In that drew eyes.
After the squad's capitulation in the PGL Copenhagen Major qualifier, regali left OG and joined Entropiq in mid-2024. This stint would only last two months but regali showed signs he could still perform at a high level.
FlyQuest is already slated to attend the first BLAST Bounty in late January, giving regali a month to settle in with his new Aussie squad.
