The LA Thieves and Toronto Ultra are having a bit of fun after both sides troll the other in different ways.

Just one day after the LA Thieves acquired two of Toronto Ultra's best players, the organizations are trading blows on social media. At the center of it all is OverActive Media and Toronto Ultra CEO Adam "Grazen" Adamou, who has shown a propensity in the past for delivering hot takes and starting controversies.

This time, Adamou stirred the pot after his organization lost both Thomas "Scrappy" Ernst and Dylan "Envoy" Hannon to the LA Thieves. However, Adamou didn't just stay in Call of Duty, as he took a shot at the 100 Thieves League of Legends team as well. All of this trolling online led the Thieves to take action in the most hilarious way possible.

Toronto Ultra CEO takes multiple shots at 100 Thieves

All of this began on Wednesday, Sept. 25. Adamou was reminiscing on the Toronto Ultra's Call of Duty League season in 2024 when an LA Thieves fan responded with "Thanks for Scrappy and Envoy." Adamou responded with the hottest of takes, stating that Toronto will be a better team than LAT during the upcoming Black Ops 6 season.

Given that Toronto Ultra still doesn't have a set roster for the 2025 season, this was certainly a bold response. Perhaps Adamou simply believes in the roster-constructing abilities of the Ultra staff, but the Thieves have built one of the scariest teams in CDL history. It would be quite the story if the Ultra were seen as the better team at any point next season.

Two days later, Adamou found himself at the center of another controversy. His League of Legends team, Mad Lions KOI, won their match at Worlds 2024 against PSG Esports. In response to this victory, Adamou tweeted that 100 Thieves, which he referenced as a "hoodie org," wouldn't win their next matchup. The hoodie org comment has been following 100 Thieves around for years.

Originally, Team Envy owner Mike "Hastr0" Rufail joked that 100 Thieves was a hoodie org after some controversy emerged following the organization's apparel prices. This led numerous members of 100 Thieves at the time to respond harshly to Hastr0.

Now, Adamou has brought the comment back, which didn't sit right with one particular member of the LA Thieves. Daniel "Ghosty" Rothe, the only returning player for the team from last season, responded to Adamou with quite the burn:

It appears Ghosty thinks Adamou was only trolling 100 Thieves due to the player swap that occurred in the CDL earlier this week. In any case, the comments made by Adamou led the LA Thieves organization to respond with some trolling of its own.

LA Thieves troll Toronto Ultra CEO with hoodie discount code

Shortly after Adamou made his comments on X, the LA Thieves account tweeted out a link to hoodieorg.org. The link redirects you to the 100 Thieves merchandise site, where you immediately see the following message: "Use code "Grazen" to get an extra 10% off your hoodie." This goes along with every hoodie on the 100 Thieves site being discounted by over $30.

Clearly, 100 Thieves are having some fun with Adamou, who couldn't help but laugh at the troll. On X, Adamou quoted the tweet and said: "Gotta admit. This is funny. Touché."

It appears as though we have a brewing rivalry in the CDL and between 100 Thieves and any OverActive Media-owned esports team. LA Thieves versus Toronto Ultra in Black Ops 6 is going to be must-watch T.V., if only to see how renowned trash-talker Scrappy responds to playing his former team.
