The MP7 has quickly become a fan-favorite gun in XDefiant, and we’ve got its best loadout so you can give it a try.
The weapons in XDefiant allow for a variety of playstyles. If you're more of a run-and-gun type of player, then the best loadout for XDefiant's MP7 will be your best friend. It absolutely shreds.
When it comes to attachments, a sidearm, the Device, and even good Factions to use for it, we've got you covered.
The best loadout for the MP7 in XDefiant
This loadout comes to you courtesy of one of Call of Duty's greatest pros to ever grace the game, Seth "Scump" Abner. He's been putting this MP7 setup to use on his stream, having a blast in XDefiant.
Many of his most-used weapons in the FPS have a command in his stream's chat. So, you can see what the decorated COD player uses to rip enemies apart in the latest Ubisoft shooter.
Attachments
As with all submachine guns in XDefiant, the best MP7 loadout can only have five attachments. This is despite seven attachment categories. You'll need to reach level 41 with the MP7 to unlock everything needed:
- Muzzle: Barrel Extender
- Barrel: Chrome Lined
- Front Rail: Pistol
- Rear Grip: Quick Draw
- Stock: Collapsed
With the MP7, you'll want to stay close when shooting, so the hit to accuracy is negligible. The mobility stays about the same as its base, and then the firepower is where the real fun begins.
It takes a few less shots to eliminate an opponent. That means you won't waste ammo and can take down multiple enemies with one magazine. This is a great MP7 build for those of you who abuse movement mechanics.

Secondary weapon
The M9 is the simplest choice for your secondary weapon here. It is a solid pistol that can get you out of a bind if you're caught reloading the MP7.
The attachments are definitely up to your preference, but go ahead and put some stuff on there. You might as well give yourself the best chance whenever you need to pull it out.
Device
The Flashbang is the perfect choice for any SMG class. Which means you absolutely need it here to round out the best MP7 loadout in XDefiant.
You're going to be zooming around the map, so blinding enemies before you push into a room or around a corner will set you up for success. If a teammate cleans up the kill instead, you still get a bit of XP for a Flashbang assist.
Best Factions to use with this XDefiant MP7 loadout
Factions don't give any bonuses to your weapons or even movement. Instead, they have abilities you can capitalize on. Therefore, go with the following three with your MP7:
- DedSec: This is a fun hacker Faction in XDefiant. You can throw out a Spider Bot that'll disrupt enemies, hack enemy devices, or stop them from using abilities at all. Those are great, but the Passive is what we're looking at. Your Flashbang will refresh for infinite blinding.
- Echelon: You're going to be on the move a lot with the best MP7 loadout in XDefiant. Staying off the minimap, having active camo, or getting intel to see your enemies through walls is invaluable. This Faction guarantees you at least one kill every time you use one of its abilities.
- Libertad: With the aim of this loadout being run-and-gun, you can't go wrong with some healing. If you take down an enemy or two and manage to slip away, you regen health faster or can rip an ability to heal yourself and allies.
If you want to try and play like Scump, good luck. This loadout is a good start.
