VALORANT Scales of Fortune Event Pass: Dates and rewards

Every so often, VALORANT drops a celebratory event pass for free. This gives players in-game rewards just for queueing. Right now, you can experience the VALORANT Scales of Fortune Event Pass, a global celebration of the 2024 Lunar New Year.

There are only six tiers in this limited-time event pass. It should be easy enough for you to complete them and earn the rewards. All you have to do is gain XP by playing VALORANT.

So, here's all six rewards and the XP requirements for the Scales of Fortune Event Pass:

The XP total resets at every tier in the VALORANT Scales of Fortune Event Pass. This means a total of 80,300 XP is required to complete it.

If you want to earn every reward in the event pass, you'll want to maximize your XP gains. You get XP for playing matches, in any mode except Deathmatch, and by completing daily and weekly objectives. Just queue into some games and you'll have the right amount of XP in no time.

That's your best bet. Pay attention to your challenges and check them off. They're as simple as using your Ultimate a certain number of times, playing a certain number of matches, or even just purchasing weapons and abilities from the Buy Menu.

The VALORANT Scales of Fortune Event Pass began on February 7, 2024. The top right corner of the pass' section in the game shows how many days remain.

At the time of it going live, 20 days were left. That means you'll have until February 27, 2024 to complete it. That's just one day shy of three weeks, which should be plenty of time.
