FunPlus Phoenix will take on FUT esports as the second match on May 23.

VALORANT Masters Shanghai Schedule will see a slight change on the initial two days on account of expected travel delays for Team Heretics. The Heretics vs Dragon Ranger Gaming will now take place on May 24 bringing FunPlus Phoenix match up to Day 1.

Travel Delays cause Schedule Disruption at VALORANT Masters Shanghai

Expected Travel delays have led to a risk of Heretics not being able to field their complete roster for Day 1 of VALORANT Masters Shanghai. As such, Riot has implemented a small change, which will now see Heretics going head to head against Dragon Ranger Gaming on Day 2 as opposed to the inaugural day at Shanghai Masters.

Due to anticipated travel delays, Team Heretics is at risk of not being able to field a full roster for their opening day match at Masters Shanghai on Thursday, May 23.

As a result, we have made the decision to move the match between Team Heretics and Dragon Ranger Gaming to the second slot on Friday, May 24 to provide Team Heretics with additional time.

The opening day of Masters Shanghai on Thursday, May 23 will now feature FunPlus Phoenix taking on FUT esports as the second match. The start time for the matches on May 23 and 24 remain unchanged.
