Sentinels CEO Rob Moore is in attendance at VALORANT Champions 2024, so we collected the team’s thoughts on their owner.

Sentinels has had one of the most up and down years in recent memory. They dominated the early goings of VCT 2024, but fell from grace once Masters Shanghai arrived. Now, Sentinels is feeling back on top at VALORANT Champions 2024, with CEO Rob Moore in attendance.

The lights are on in SEN City, as the team eliminated Gen.G in the final match of Group B. During the contest, an interview with Moore was held. And we asked the team in a post-match press conference their thoughts on having such a supportive boss and his impact on their success.

A fan vote concluded that Sentinels is the most overrated team in Seoul. They've proven that to be at least a bit incorrect, taking down year-long rival Gen.G. After besting them at Masters Madrid, falling to them early on at Champions, yet another rematch went in favor of Sentinels.

The team is clearly one of the most popular, not just in VCT Americas, but worldwide. That is thanks to a slew of personalities, from the players to the staff. This includes CEO Rob Moore, who expressed his pride in the team live on broadcast.

So, when the team punched their ticket to playoffs and entered their post-match press conference, we brought up his appearance at VALORANT Champions 2024. This is what members of Sentinels had to say about the support they receive from Rob Moore:

"I'm terrified of the guy, personally. He came here and said that if we lost, we'd have to swim home. I guess it's extra motivation. But I'm scared of the man."

- Zachary "zekken" Patrone

"Shoutout to him for the extra motivation."

- Mohamed "johnqt" Ouarid

"It's a lot of fun to have an owner that's so passionate and invested in VALORANT esports. Even when we're just hanging out, on the LA grind, I'll come in the morning to prep. Sometimes he'll come in and say, 'Did you watch the Karmine vs. FNATIC game?' And I'm like, 'No, I didn't.' Then my owner's like, 'Well, this is what happened map two, what happened map three.' I think it's a lot of fun.

- Adam "kaplan" Kaplan

It's clear Rob Moore is a large part of why Sentinels VALORANT has been so successful over the years. They still have a long road through playoffs ahead, but they've definitely proven they can hang after taking down many fans' tournament favorite in Gen.G.
