A string of disappointing results means its time for a change.

BLEED Esports announced an overhaul of their VALORANT roster for 2025 and parted ways with most of their VCT players.

BLLED Esports VALORANT roster overhaul

BLEED Esports posted the announcement on their official X (formerly known as Twitter) account.

Derric "Deryeon" Yee, "Jorell "Retla" Teo, Kim "Zest" Gi-seok, and Jaccob "yay" Whitaker are the players being let go by the organization. It's important to note that yay sat out the most recent VCT Pacific 2024 season, citing health concerns. The yay-less BLEED Esports closed out VCT Pacific 2024 Stage 2 at the bottom of the standings. They only found one match win the whole season: a 2-1 match against Detonation FocusMe.

With these players parting ways from the team, only Natchaphon "sScary" Matarat and Ngô "crazyguy" Công Anh remains.

The BLEED VALORANT team was unable to find success this year. They triumphed in VCT Ascension Pacific 2023 after dominating the Malaysia/Singapore region Challengers. This earned them the right to play in VCT Pacific for two years.

In 2024, BLEED Esports placed last in the Season Kickoff, Stage 1, and Stage 2 thus failing to qualify for any international event.

No changes to the coaching staff has been announced. Head Coach Nikola "LEGIJA" Ninić and assistant coach Sushant "Ominous" Jha are both expected to remain as of now.

VCT Pacific in Champions 2024

The VCT Champions 2024 is currently ongoing. Things are looking dire for Pacific fans, though, as only DRX made it to the playoff stage. DRX was one of the four Pacific bets, but the rest failed to make it to the top eight.

Given this underwhelming performance from the top teams in the region, it's likely that more roster changes will be announced soon. During the tournament's group stage, Gen.G and Paper Rex exited at 1-2, while Talon Esports left winless.
