Nicholas "Nickmercs" Kolcheff continues to make a big splash in the streaming world after he signed an exclusive deal with Beats. This makes him the first high-profile streamer to partner with the Apple-owned brand.
Nickmercs Signs With Apple Beats
The 30-year old streamer, who has been making a name for himself in the Battle Royale scene over the past few years, has signed an exclusive deal with Beats. Nick first broke the news about the deal on his stream yesterday but did not initially specify what this partnership will entail.
"MFAM is officially partnered up with Beats. Moving forward we are squared up with them," Nick said on his stream. "Now that means a lot of things, and I can't get into the specifics of what that means today, but it is going to be a brand pillar partnership going forward."
Beats will be creating a new series of NICKMERCS-themed products as part of the deal; according to a report by Esports Insider. Additionally, the deal will see Beats sponsoring Nick's "Gauntlet" series as well as producing content directed towards his audience.

Beats, which was originally known as Beats By Dr. Dre, was founded by music producer Dr. Dre and Jimmy Levine in 2006. After that, the company was then purchased by Apple back in 2014. They are known for producing some of the most high-quality headphones in the music industry.
Beats first entered into gaming when they collaborated with FaZe Clan back in 2020 to create a series of headphones. These FaZe themed headphones sold out almost instantaneously. Since then, they partnered with TOP Esports and collaborated with Higround, which is now owned by 100Thieves.
