Twitch streamer KaiCenat returns from his ban to stream in a thirty-day subathon just in time for Black History Month.

Popular Twitch streamer KaiCenat is going through with his subathon after returning from his Twitch ban. He announces his plan to do his longest subathon yet on Twitch which will last thirty days. This 24/7 streaming marathon will be just in time for Black History Month, as KaiCenat mentions in his announcement video.

In the video, he recreated the introduction scene of the 1988 comedy movie, Coming to America. The American content creator revealed that he would be streaming for the next thirty days without stopping and called his highly-anticipated subathon Mafiathon.

The subathon almost didn't happen as he got the Twitch ban on Jan. 27. There were no official reasons as to why he received the ban. It was widely assumed that he got the Twitch ban because he ate cannabis edibles on camera and later passed out on stream from the intake. He was unbanned three days later.

KaiCenat rises in popularity

KaiCenat is currently the most-subbed streamer on Twitch with 3.7 million followers. He has been one of the fastest-growing streamers in recent years, having started streaming on Twitch in 2021. KaiCenat previously started on YouTube, creating prank and challenge videos. He is currently a part of the YouTube content-creator group, AMP.

What is a subathon?

A subathon is an uninterrupted live-streaming marathon where a stream goes on for an additional amount of time with every subscription. The longest subathon record is held by Emily "Emilycc" who has been streaming 24/7 for 451 days. She is still on her subathon and aims to keep streaming until she reaches 730 days or two years.

Where to watch KaiCenat's subathon?
