On October 25, 2025, popular streamer Emiru went live on Twitch to discuss allegations involving Mizkif. During the broadcast, she outlined the details of the situation and shared her perspective.
The streamer opened up, instantly stating a list of issues that she had with her ex-partner. She then revealed that she had tried to avoid this discussion but felt that the time was right to bring it up.
"Today, I am finally going to be opening up about the psychological and domestic abuse, stalking and harassment, sexual assault, and threats of blackmail that Mizkif has done towards me – and some of these issues which are still ongoing.
For the entirety of this year, I have attempted to separate myself from him and not talk about him at all and not talk about this issue and just not make it a public thing. I've always tried my best to keep this to myself. But, like I've said, I feel like it has gone to the point, which I'll explain later, that I feel it just has to be done.”
The stream continued as she went into some of her reasons behind making this decision. She stated that she did not want what had happened to her to happen to others.
"An honorable mention reason for why I’m doing this is that, for a while, he has been indirectly threatening me through my friends and people that I work with. They informed me that he said that if I ever talked about anything he did, he would try to create a smear campaign against me in retaliation.”
In her stream, Emiru recalled the story of her alleged sexual assault by Mizkif.
"He started to try comfort me by hugging me while I was sitting on the couch. And holding me really close to him. And when this was happening, we hadn't talked in quite a while. And I'm usually very uncomfortable with being touched a lot by people that I'm not in a relationship with. But I let him hold me when I was crying. And he started kissing me in my face and I let him do it. I was still sobbing a lot. And then suddenly, he tried to climb on top of me and aggressively shoved his hands down my pants, and I screamed. When I screamed, he jumped off me.”
After everything, Emiru shared multiple screenshots of conversations containing messages reportedly from Mizkif. In these messages, he attempted to constantly contact her and to resume a relationship, even after she had cut contact with him.
Mizkif responds to the allegations
A timeline of Mizkif's responses
- Mizkif’s strange start
- He confirms his aggression
- He addresses the threats of suicide
- He speaks about a letter given to him by Emiru
A few hours after Emiru’s stream, the accused, Mizkif, went on stream to address the allegations. During the broadcast, he acknowledged past incidents of violence and controlling behavior, while also confirming that he had become jealous of her rising popularity.
Early in his response, Mizkif addressed others in his broadcast.
"There is no holding back. Who cares anymore? I will expose everything about every person you’ve ever known. And it is time to go full demon time. Why not? Let’s watch the world burn.”
During his stream, he described his relationship with Emiru as “deeply toxic” on both sides. He also denied being the sole perpetrator in these situations, stating that the issues were mutual.
"I was not perfect, and I reflect on those situations [poorly] of myself. I’m ashamed that the situation’s got so bad, but Emi was also violent. She would throw clothes or plushies at me, and I punched holes in the walls or slammed doors in aggression.”
Mizkif continued, speaking on reports that he had threatened to kill himself.
"I, one time, did say I was going to kill myself during an argument. But Emi did this as well numerous times. She would constantly say that she’s going to kill herself in arguments.”
He then brought up a letter from Emiru.
"She wrote down everything she wanted. She wrote that she wants me to move closer to her. She wrote that she wants me to marry her. And she wants kids with me in the next five years. And I just looked at this letter that was [in] front of me, and I just handed her back the paper. She began to cry, and I told her 'I'm sorry, I just can’t do this anymore.' I knew that we were beyond the point of toxicity in the relationship. That our trust had completely died, and that we had so many issues that I couldn't deal with it, and I was not mentally well. I walked away. I went to her door, and as I opened it, the last words I ever heard her say [are], 'Don't go. I love you.'”
The community comes out
Following Emiru’s stream and Mizkif’s response, the topic led to significant discussion within the community. Viewers and other streamers shared their opinions, with many calling for Mizkif to be banned from Twitch. Some major streamers, including Zack “Asmongold” Hoyt, also commented on the situation.
Asmongold reacts
“In a way, there is a part of me that feels kind of responsible. Because I wish I had just known more. [...] At the end of the day, I can’t really f**king know everything. And I don’t think anybody thought it was as bad as it was. I apologize for platforming Miz to the extent that I did. It was a mistake. I didn’t know it at the time, but it was a mistake.”
Asmongold’s response highlighted his former organization, One True King (OTK), which Mizkif was previously part of. Mizkif had earlier faced allegations related to a sexual assault incident and the use of homophobic and racial slurs, which brought renewed attention to his past. However, Asmongold, Mizkif, and OTK are no longer affiliated.
xQc reacts
Later in her video, Emiru mentioned an incident with Mizkif that reportedly occurred while they were driving together, and Félix “xQc” Lengyel shared his reaction.
The saga continues
While the weekend involved allegations, responses, and reactions, some developments have emerged. Emiru has reportedly contacted a lawyer and is seeking a restraining order against Mizkif. As of now, Twitch has not taken any action, following their earlier response to Emiru’s reported incident at TwitchCon.
The allegations against Mizkif by Emiru prompted others to discuss their experiences with Mizkif. On X, Quqco, another former partner of Mizkif, stated that she was also sexually assaulted.

Furthermore, Asmongold stated that he plans to share more comments regarding Mizkif.
This suggests that there may be more developments in the Emiru and Mizkif situation. For now, the situation is ongoing, and it remains unclear how it will affect the two streamers and those around them.
