Black and White Kyurem will supposedly get Adventure Effects in Pokémon GO.
According to Pokémon GO data miners, Black and White Kyurem will have Adventure Effects when they release in Pokémon GO. We have seen major new Pokémon get these powerful moves in Pokémon GO, including Necrozma Fusion forms and Origin Dialga and Palkia.
At the moment, there has been no official confirmation of these Pokémon getting Adventure Effects. It was widely speculated they would, and now information has shown up in the games files that indicates that speculation was correct.
Here is everything we know about the upcoming Kyurem Adventure Effects in Pokémon GO.
Black and White Kyurem's Pokémon GO Adventure Effects
The absence of Adventure Effects was noted during the announcement that Black and White Kyurem were being released during the Unova Tour in Pokémon GO. However, it was announced that each fusion form of Kyurem will have a special move.
These moves seemed to closely resemble special moves that Origin Forme Dialga, Origin Forme Palkia, Dawn Wings Necrozma and Dusk Mane Necrozma all had when they released.
We know that for big events like the Unova Tour, information comes in waves. The absence of Adventure Effects did not mean that either of these Kyurem Fusion forms wouldn't have these special abilities when they arrive in the game.
Now, thanks to dataminers, we know how these Adventure Effects will look in Pokémon GO. It was also uncovered that a brand new item, the Lucky Trinket, is coming to Pokémon GO too.

What will these Adventure Effects be?
When you fuse a Kyurem that knows Glaciate with either a Zekrom or Reshiram in Pokémon GO, you will get either Black or White Kyurem. These Pokémon will know special moves.
Black Kyurem will know Freeze Shock, and White Kyurem will know Ice Burn. These are the powerful moves that will contain fused Kyurem's Adventure Effects in Pokémon GO.
- Freeze Shock: Pokémon will be paralysed during encounters.
- Ice Burn: The target ring during encounters will be slowed.
Will these be good?
After the Necrozma Adventure Effects were underwhelming, these seem to be very exciting additions to the game. Freeze Shock will be excellent for capturing Shadow Legendary Pokémon, like Shadow Mewtwo. These Pokémon attack very frequently and are hard to catch.
Ice Burn will be excellent for Galarian Birds from Daily Adventure Incense. These are very hard to land Excellent throws on. A slower moving target ring will help you catch these Pokémon a lot easier.
