Overwatch 2 just teased a Nerf collaboration. The game also confirmed a G.I. Joe crossover with the Snake Eyes Genji skin!
The Overwatch 2 Season 17 trailer that just dropped features lots of new content such as the 8-bit skins, map voting system, and a bunch of Stadium updates. However, the trailer also teased a potential Overwatch 2 Nerf collaboration and confirmed the Overwatch 2 2 G.I. Joe crossover!
Overwatch 2 Nerf collaboration
Is Overwatch 2 getting a Nerf collaboration soon? The official Overwatch 2 Season 17 Powered Up! trailer is centered around an arcade, guiding players through the season with a bunch of cool transitions. One of these transitions even teases a Overwatch 2 Nerf crossover.
At the 1:16 mark, we can see a bunch of images flash by. One of them has a Nerf gun and some orange ammo located beside a Pachimari plushie. This could possibly be hinting at a new Overwatch 2 Season 17 collaboration.

Overwatch 2 G.I. Joe crossover confirmed
While Blizzard Entertainment hasn't announced an Overwatch 2 Nerf crossover, the developer did confirm a G.I. Joe one. Around the same 1:16 mark, we can see what appears to be a Snake Eyes Genji skin! He runs forward and uses his shuriken. Below is a screenshot of this.
Shortly after Blizzard Entertainment revealed this trailer, the official Overwatch 2 account on X posted the Season 17 roadmap. The post included some text and an image confirming Overwatch 2 x G.I. Joe.
The franchise is no stranger to collaborations. One of Overwatch 2's most recent ones is with Street Fighter 6. Other collaborations include One-Punch Man, LE SSERAFIM, Cowboy Bebop, Avatar: The Last Airbender, and even Transformers.
