A dating sim, an anime crossover, and more: Overwatch 2 Season 3 is jam-packed with new content. Let’s take a look.
We're 24 hours from the launch of Overwatch 2 Season 3 and with it comes a host of goodies. This includes a Kiriko Mythic skin themed around Asian mythology, an anime crossover event, and... A dating sim where you can date Mercy or Genji. Did a weeb come up with this season's content?

Either way, there's a heaping helping of content and events coming to Overwatch 2, all laid out in the Season 3 launch trailer below.
Overwatch 2 Season 3 content galore
Beginning on Feb. 7, the third season of Overwatch is shaping up to be a content explosion. The new additions include a season of content themed around Asian myth. Most obviously seen in the Mythic Kiriko skin, but also in new duds for Mei, D.Va, Reaper, Moira, Junkrat, Genji, Zenyatta, and Ash.
And while there isn't a new Hero awaiting this new season, the Arctic Peninsula control map is here to offer new challenges. However, that's not all coming in Overwatch 2 Season 3, as a number of new — and surprising events — await.

Loverwatch, finally
Haven't you always wanted to date Mercy or smooch Genji? Well, it's no HuniePop but this Valentine's Day surprise event for Overwatch 2 Season 3 should get your blood pumping. Beginning on Feb. 13 and running through Feb. 28, a special dating sim game called Loverwatch will be available. With visual novel-style dialog and a secret ending, the 30 minute affair will award a new Play of the Game intro for your trouble.
Also available will be a Hanzo Cupid bundle, as well as a limited-time game mode. This even is already in addition to the Overwatch x One Punch Man crossover event coming in March. It appears players will be plenty busy in between all this dating sim and anime action going on.
