It didn't take long for some information to become public after the end of one of the best animation shows ever: Arcane. Some days after launching the last Act on Nov. 23, Christian Linke, Arcane co-producer, hinted that the next project coming to our screen was related to Noxus. That was not entirely surprising since the ending of Arcane also had some easter eggs such as the Swain bird, Beatrice.
Even though these are only leaks and must be taken with a grain of salt, we will be putting a spoiler alert in case you want to stay away until its release. Take that into consideration.

Main characters
Against what many people thought, Swain won't be the main villain for Iron & Chains. According to the leaks, Swain and Mel will be the main characters of the show. We also will have new information on Medarda's family and Ambessa's backstory in her new book coming out on February 18.
In Iron & Chains, LeBlanc and Vladimir are planned to be the villains. We saw them together at the end of the League of Legends Welcome to Noxus cinematic. Some people believe LeBlanc is interested in Swain's powers. We can expect other Noxus champions to appear as well, but there is still no information about them.
Iron & Chains: release date and episodes
According to leaks, the first season will have ten episodes. There is still no information about a possible date of release. The leaker shared that "the new team is much larger compared to season 2 of Arcane", but "I don't have any Intel on the exact names of the writers for the Noxus show". BigBadBear, one of the biggest leakers of League of Legends, already made a YouTube video on it.
