Honkai Star Rail’s iOS app is coming to Apple Vision Pro just in time for the launch of Honkai Star Rail version 2.0.
The Apple Vision Pro which launched on Feb 2 is already causing a buzz on social media, and you will soon be able to play Honkai Star Rail on the new mixed-reality headset.
Honkai Star Rail developer MiHoYo announced the news on social media, and given their game won best mobile game at The Game Awards in 2023, it's one of the biggest titles confirmed for the Apple Vision Pro. That said it will definitely be an expensive investment as the new piece of tech has a very hefty price tag of $3,499.
What is Apple Vision Pro?
The Apple Vision Pro is Apple's first major product since the introduction of the Apple Watch. The new piece of tech is a mixed-reality headset which blends digital content with the physical world, and has two ultra-high-resolution displays which offer 4K resolution per eye.
The device features eye and body gesture tracking, meaning you can navigate digital content - or in this case Honkai Star Rail - without having to hold an iPad or mobile phone in your hands. The mixed-reality headset was announced at Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference on June 5, 2023.

What other games are available?
At time of writing there are currently over 200+ games available for Apple Vision Pro, which all live inside the Apple Arcade. The majority of the games are small indie games with a smattering of well known mobile games such Cut the Rope, Fruit Ninja, Cooking Mama and Crossy Road.
However, there are a few major titles on the platform such as NBA2K4, Stardew Valley, Asphalt and TMNT Splintered Fate. Overall, the gaming offerings in the Apple Arcade are primarily for the casual audience, but the addition of Honkai Star Rail is definitely a big name to add to the list.
