Diablo 4 Early Access Open Beta countdown and release date

Here is the countdown for the Early Access Diablo 4 Open Beta. This Early Access phase will kick off on March 17 at 9 a.m. PDT and end on March 20 at 12 p.m. PDT. The following weekend will feature the Open Beta period that will be available to everyone.

There are both the Early Access and Open Beta weekends. Players who pre-purchase the game will get their Early Access to the Open Beta on March 17 at 9 a.m. PDT. Then, the Open Beta that will be available to everyone will start on March 24 at 9 a.m. PDT. Here is the countdown for this.

The Early Access download already began on March 15 at 9 a.m. PDT. Players can download the Diablo 4 Open Beta ahead of time starting on March 22 at 9 a.m. PDT.

"Players who have already downloaded for Early Access do not need to download again for Open Beta," Blizzard noted.

Early Access to the Diablo 4 Open Beta starting on March 17 requires pre-purchasing the game. To do this, visit the game's website, press the "Pre-Purchase" button, select your platform, choose a Diablo 4 edition, log in to your account, and pre-purchase the game.

Once you have a Diablo 4 Early Access code, enter it on Blizzard's dedicated page. If you're a PC player, then you'll get access right away. If you're on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, or Xbox One, then check your email for a platform-specific code.

"As the Open Beta and Early Access weekends get closer, the ability to Early Download the game will become available," according to Blizzard.

If you're on PC, then make sure that you can run Diablo 4 as well. Blizzard recently revealed the minimum system requirements for the game alongside the recommended specifications.
