First look at the Kim K Fortnite skin and additional cosmetics
Fortnite leaker HYPEX reported this Icon Series collaboration shortly before Epic Games officially announced it. However, for unknown reasons, the Fortnite X account deleted it before reposting it again. The trailer features a narrated video of Kim Kardashian that briefly explains her life.
To close out the trailer, the narrator states, "And now, she's taking on Fortnite." You can then see her Outfit in-game alongside other cosmetics, followed by an image showing both versions of the skin.
Epic Games also attached that image to an X post, formally announcing the collaboration. The two versions of Kim Kardashian's Fortnite skin include a black body suit and an all-white fit with a fur coat. It eventually came to light that this is a Fortnite crossover with Kim Kardashian's apparel company "Skims."

Beyond the skins, there are a few additional cosmetics available in the set. Those include a private jet Glider, a smartphone + ringlight Back Bling, and a bag Pickaxe. However, nothing could top the "Break the Internet" Emote, based around Kim Kardashian's famous 2014 Paper Magazine photoshoot.
With this likely being an Icon Series collaboration, she'll join the likes of Eminem, Travis Scott, Doja Cat, and soon-to-be Playboi Carti.
