Fortnite players Sommerset, Reddysh, and Moxie are each getting a Fortnite skin, adding them to the illustrious Icon Series!
The “Triple Threat” of female competitive Fortnite players Sommerset, Reddysh, and Moxie are next in line for an Icon Series collab. Due to launch on Friday, April 17, at 8 p.m. EDT, all three will have Fortnite skin available for purchase in the Item Shop. Additionally, the trio has announced a tournament to win the cosmetics for free, along with in-person celebrations. Here’s a complete overview of what we learned!
First look at the Sommerset, Reddysh, and Moxie Fortnite skins
All three creators went live on Twitch to share the first official look at their Fortnite Icon Series skins. They each capture the likenesses of Sommerset, Reddysh, and Moxie while including small references that only their respective communities will understand.
For example, Sommerset enjoys coffee, so she worked with Epic Games to include a reference to her favorite caffeinated drink. The overall aesthetic of the three skins looks similar, given that they fit the “Triple Threat” theme of Sommerset, Reddysh, and Moxie being a trio.

The pricing for each cosmetic is unknown at this point, so we will have to wait a little longer for that information.
The Icon Series adds three more competitive-focused people
Historically, only a few competitive-focused Fortnite creators have joined the Icon Series. Those include Fortnite World Cup Champions Kyle “Bugha” Giersdorf and standout Cody “Clix” Conrod. However, fellow female creators who have dabbled in competitive games, such as Loserfruit and Chica, were two of the first Icon Series collaborators.
Sommerset, Reddysh, and Moxie lean more into the competitive Fortnite scene than casual. All three have participated in numerous female-only events with success. Moxie won the 2024 Milk Cup while Sommerset and Reddysh weren’t too far behind. There’s no question that these three are among the most recognizable faces in Fortnite.
The Triple Threat Cup details: Win all three skins for free
To celebrate the launch of the Sommerset, Reddysh, and Moxie skins, Fortnite is hosting the Triple Threat Cup. This is a trios tournament where players can compete to win skins and more for free. Epic Games has yet to publish the rules for this tournament. However, we expect these details shortly.
These tournaments usually reward the top players in each region based on placement and eliminations. Sommerset has stated that the top-performing teams will receive all three skins and more.
Fortnite to host in-person events where fans can meet Sommerset, Reddysh, and Moxie
Epic Games has announced three separate in-person fan events where the Triple Threat will be in attendance. Each event will take place in their three respective hometowns: Dallas for Sommerset, Bucharest for Reddysh, and Mexico City for Moxie.
Here is a list of the dates for each “In The Zone” event:
- Dallas – April 22
- Mexico City – April 24
- Bucharest – April 28
