Although the details are murky, various reliable sources believe the crossover could arrive sometime in Chapter 7 Season 2, which dropped just a few weeks ago. Here’s what you should know.
Is The Boys coming to Fortnite?
A pair of leakers, Blortzen and AmyFNLeaks, shared this information before others circulated the report. The answer is possibly. The two leakers co-published details that a Fortnite x The Boys collaboration could arrive at some point in Chapter 7 Season 2. While there is no release date, it could drop in “late season 2,” according to the information.
It’s worth noting that The Boys just kicked off its fifth and final season on April 8, 2026. The season will run weekly until the series finale on May 20, 2026. With the series back in the limelight, the Fortnite x The Boys collab would make sense to launch around the finale.
Chapter 7 Season 2 will conclude on June 5, 2026, so it’s safe to expect a few collabs, one of which could be The Boys, to land in-game between May 20 and June 5. Unfortunately, we can only theorize, but that’s a safe expectation at this point.
Which characters could this crossover include?
As a show, The Boys is not necessarily aligned with Fortnite’s more kid-friendly audience. However, that has never stopped Epic Games before. At the very least, we expect Homelander to be one of the characters included in the Fortnite collab. Although he’s a rather problematic “superhero,” he’s the face of the show thanks to Antony Starr.
Starlight is another character that would make sense to include in Fortnite. Epic Games typically features a mix of genders, and Starlight is the most prominent female character in the show. Others who would fit into Fortnite include Black Noir and Butcher, but only time will tell.
Homelander has appeared in other games, such as Call of Duty and Mortal Kombat 1. Starlight, Black Noir, A-Train, and Firecracker also appeared in Call of Duty back in 2024. Based on these reports, Fortnite could be the next game to crossover with The Boys.
