Danny Phantom is coming to Fortnite in a collaboration not even the scene's various leakers knew would happen. Although it recently leaked that Fortnite's relationship with Paramount would bring more of the company's most significant names and characters to the game. Sure enough, the game's social media accounts confirmed that Danny Phantom is the first to drop.

Danny Phantom x Fortnite: First look and release date
If you are a Danny Phantom fan, you will want to circle Dec. 5 on your calendar, as that is when the collaboration will arrive in the Item Shop. Epic Games confirmed this in a recent post that teases upcoming Item Shop rotations.
The collaboration includes the titular Danny Phantom alongside his one-time friend and eventual girlfriend, Sam. The sneak peek showcased two Danny styles: one in his human form and another in his ghost form. You will receive both options when you purchase the skin.
Sam appears only to have one style, but there could be other options. The pricing on the Danny Phantom Fortnite collab is unknown at this time, but we should learn more about that and what's included once the cosmetics are decrypted.
Who are these characters?
In case you weren't sure, Danny Phantom is an animated action-adventure that ran on Nickelodeon from 2004 to 2007. It developed a serious cult following over the years but hasn't resurfaced in any modern reboots. However, Danny Phantom did appear in a 2017 crossover alongside The Fairly Oddparents.
Danny and Sam are the show's main characters, and the former fought ghostly villains in the Ghost Zone. They'll now make their way into Fortnite in a collaboration few predicted, but this is only the first shoe to drop in the Paramount partnership. Rumors of SpongeBob and South Park crossovers have also surfaced with plenty of supplemental details.
