So, when does The Mandalorian and Grogu officially hit theaters? Lucasfilm announced that the movie will release theatrically on May 22, 2026, and will be available to view in IMAX.
Many recent Star Wars projects have been released directly on Disney+, making The Mandalorian and Grogu one of the first Star Wars movies of the last few years to be released in theaters.
