Netflix Geeked shared on X the official soundtrack for Devil May Cry. Limp Bizkit, Rage Against the Machine, Rapa Roach, Casey Edwards, Crazy Town, Green Day, and Grunship will join Evanescence in a soundtrack full of 2000s rock vibe. And this couldn't be more suitable for an anime that is inspired by a video game from 2001.

But this isn't the complete soundtrack for Devil May Cry. There is still more music to come out. That was assured by Alex "Twist" Larsen, one of the screenwriters of the anime on X.

"There's more than this too! (Including more game music," he wrote. If you are waiting for "Devils Never Cry" from Devil May Cry 3, there is still a chance! Keep dreaming, and who knows if the anime team won't surprise you.

When is the anime being released?

Devil May Cry is set to premiere on Netflix on April 3, with all eight episodes available for streaming right away, as Netflix typically releases entire seasons at once. It tells the story of Dante, a demon hunter fighting to protect Earth from the most powerful enemies out there.

Dante is half-demon, and throughout the series, he battles against evil forces, including demons and other dark creatures, all while uncovering secrets about his past and facing personal struggles.

The original video game became a success, selling over 32 million copies and having multiple adaptations like comic books, novelizations, animated series, guides, collectibles, publications, and action figures.
