During a panel at GalaxyCon, Charlie Cox claimed that Daredevil: Born Again would end after season two. However, fans are skeptical.

Some Marvel fans may be sad to hear, but Daredevil star Charlie Cox said that the next season of Daredevil: Born Again would be the last, just after the show announced it had finished filming. However, some fans are not buying it.

Charlie Cox claimed Daredevil: Born Again will end after second season

During GalaxyCon, the popular actor, Charlie Cox, claimed that the second season of Daredevil: Born Again, which just finished filming, would be the final season.

"There's something we do in this final season that doesn't exist in the comics," said Cox during GalaxyCon. "So it's unique to our show."

This is quite the hint that the show would end after its second season, which has fans upset, as it was just rebooted this year.

However, his co-star, Vincent D'Onofrio, made fans think a bit differently. On Twitter, a fan took to tagging D'Onofrio and asking him whether or not this news is true. D'Onofrio replied by saying there is a good chance there will be a third.

Is he just pandering to fans? Or is he correct?

Whether or not Daredevil: Born Again ends, we know Daredevil will still be around

Regardless of whether or not the show ends with season two, Daredevil will still be prominent within the MCU, as the character is set to be a part of the new Spider-Man trilogy and the Avengers.

In the comics, Daredevil can be seen fighting alongside Spider-Man multiple times, meaning his storyline is not over yet within the MCU. However, whether or not Kingpin will be a part of the future of the MCU is unknown, as the villain could easily finish his storyline with Daredevil: Born Again or Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

Daredevil: Born Again is set to premiere on Disney+ this upcoming Spring, just before the release of Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
