Get ready for the worlds best FC 25 players to go head to head at the eChampions League.
The eChampions League returns for 2025 with a revamped format and 36 of the very best EA SPORTS FC 25 competitors will compete for one of the most coveted trophies in the game. The competition mirrors the Champions League, which is an iconic competition and carries a huge amount of prestige.
This competition will directly feed from the several league competitions, including the ePremier League, with the best players coming from each league. Just like the football world, each region is allocated a certain number of slots.
2025 eChampions League format
After qualifying from one of the partner leagues, the 36 competitors will compete in a brand new League Phase. This is inspired by the current UEFA Champions League format, and sees all 36 qualified players compete in six matches against one another.
From that, 24 players will advance to the Knockout Phase. There they will compete for one of eight spots in the final.
The 2025 eChampions League trophy will be awarded in Germany, at Eisbach Studios in Munich in front of a live audience. There will be a variety of fan activations at this event. Ticket details are "to be announced at a later stage." These will go on sale from April 3.
