The malignancy that’s taken hold of the Burning Hells’ armies cannot remain unchecked—you must snuff it out at the source before all of Sanctuary becomes its thrall.

In addition to a new breed of monster you'll also be able to channel the power of Malignancy for your own advantage. These Malignancy Powers 32 potential bonuses across four categories--all upgradable. Players will grind out the Malignancy Hearts needed to unlock and upgrade these bonuses through the new Malignant Tunnels dungeons, as well as a new boss.
