What will be in Season 2 of Diablo 4?

Vampiric Powers in the Diablo 4 Season of Blood requires players to use Potent Blood. According to Blizzard, Potent Blood is obtainable from fallen adversaries. Once a player has Potent Blood, they can spend it in the Vampiric Powers tab and unlock either a random power or power upgrade.

As for Vampiric Powers themselves, they can be unlocked through the seasonal questline and the Blood Harvest event. The seasonal Blood Harvest event rewards Pact Armor drops as well. In an announcement, Blizzard revealed that Pact Armor is needed to activate Vampiric Powers.

For example, the legendary Shattered Runic Gloves posted above grant one Ferocity, Divinity, and Eternity Pact. If a Vampiric Power needs one Ferocity Pact to activate, then these gloves cover the requirement. The player then has one Divinity Pact and one Eternity Pact left over.

This remaining Pact Armor can be used to activate another Vampiric Power that requires one Divinity Pact and one Eternity Pact.
