The BLAST Paris Major is the final CS:GO Major and the event anticipation is at an all-time high. With the best CS:GO teams from all over the world competing in this French event, for fans, it is an opportunity to witness the highest level of CS:GO competition, potentially for the very last time. Here’s all we know about the BLAST Paris CS:GO Major including the teams, format, schedule, and where to watch.

The team to reach three wins qualifies for the next stage. Similarly, the teams to have three losses are eliminated from the event. Only eight of the sixteen Legends stage teams will advance to the next stage.

When is the BLAST Paris Major?

The BLAST Paris Major, the final Major in CS:GO, starts on May 8 and ends on May 21, 2023. 

The tournament runs for 14 days and includes three different stages, each stage seeing a few teams eliminated from the event. The tournament is also an opportunity for teams to stamp their authority on the CS:GO scene, hopefully winning the final major of the game.

Where can I watch the final BLAST CS:GO Major?

The BLAST Paris CS:GO Major will be streamed live on Twitch. But CS:GO fans can also get a more varied viewing experience on Blast.tv.

What is the Tournament format?

The BLAST Paris Major tournament format is as follows:

  • The Challengers Stage
  • The Legends Stage
    • Top eight teams advance to the Legends Stage
    • Bottom eight teams face elimination
    • Elimination and Decider matches are best-of-three
    • All other matches are Bo1
  • The Champions Stage
    • Single-elimination bracket
    • Best-of-three matches
