HEROIC will have to win against the winner of OG versus Complexity to make the group finals.
Team Spirit have booked their spot at the Group A finals of BLAST Premier Fall Groups following a 2-0 victory over HEROIC on July 30.
There was little that HEROIC could have done to beat Spirit as they're still playing with the head coach Eetu "sAw" Saha in the place of the AWPer Abdulkhalik "degster" Gasanov, who missed the game due to travel issues.
While HEROIC put up a good fight in the first map and nearly won it, they weren't able to stop Spirit in the second map of the series.

Whoever sees the result of the match, may not imagine that HEROIC had a solid chance to win on Vertigo. The international team won the first comfortably by 9-3 off the back of an impressive T-side. Spirit, however, displayed an even better T-side and ran away with a narrow victory as they won 10 rounds in the offense.
Nobody other than Danil "donk" Kryshkovets, finished with a positive K-D (21-16) on Spirit's side on Vertigo, which gives further dimension to how tough this map was for them.
When the series moved on to Anubis, though, HEROIC had no chance of beating Spirit as they were dominated on both sides of the map.
This time around, all Spirit players but Leonid "chopper" Vishnyakov finished with a positive K-D, and the Ukrainian Myroslav "zont1x" Plakhotja had the highest ADR (98.4) and rating (1.63)
