NIP didn’t win a single map in RMR.
Ninjas in Pajamas players (NIP) were eliminated from RMR Europe A after losing to SAW. The Swedish organization did not win any maps in the competition. Therefore, NIP will not be at the first CS2 Major. In CS:GO, the organization won ESL One: Cologne 2014 and was present in four more Major finals.

On the first day of RMR Europe A, NIP faced Eternal Fire and AMKAL. Both games were very close, but in the decisive rounds, the opponents took victory. The match against AMKAL was determined after three overtimes in Overpass.
Early elimination in RMR after loss to SAW

NIP, hoping to not get eliminated early in the competition, faced SAW in RMR Europe A. The Portuguese team beat NIP 2-0, so NIP was eliminated from RMR Europe A without winning any maps.
The first map, Ancient, chosen by the Swedish organization, demonstrated the team's momentum. SAW was comfortable on both sides of the map, closing the match 13-5. The story wasn't much different on the second map. On Nuke, SAW did pretty much everything they wanted and dominated the match. NIP did not go beyond three points on this map.
The negative highlight, in addition to the two unbalanced maps, went to the performance of Alejandro "alex" Masanet. Unfortunately, the Spanish IGL only made six kills across both maps.

NIP's mini-documentary explains the organization's goals in CS2 — rReturn to the glory days and be at the top with a deadline of January 2025. Until then, it looks like Björn "THREAT" Pers, NIP's general manager, will have some work to do to put the team on the path to success.
The same documentary says that there is no fear of signing superstars. According to Erik Wendel, the director of esports at NIP, there is no fear of doing so from a financial point of view, but “it has to be at the right time.”
Lucas "Bubzkji" Andersen, CS2 talent, was quick to react to NIP's early elimination from RMR Europe A.
He also suggested some player updates. "If you're NIP at this point. Just [do] a full reset man. There's no point in trying to work with this core," he wrote on X.
