A Warzone 2 glitch is possibly making some players invincible, leaving players confused and concerned.
Call of Duty: Warzone 2 is full of bugs — that's nothing new. But a new glitch is going viral after it made one player invincible.
From matches crashing to Gulag glitches, the early days of Warzone 2 are a bit rough. Now there's one bug that's trumping the rest, leaving players unable to die. The game-breaking bug first made its rounds on Reddit, where one player shared a clip of them running out in the open without getting damaged by incoming bullets.
In the clip, user DukeNukedEmm can be seen aiming down their sites at an unarmed enemy scrambling across the map. But the opponent didn't go down despite the entire mag getting emptied. In fact, the player wasn't taking any damage at all despite hitmakers popping up. Was it a hack?
But as the enemy approached them, proximity chat revealed another story. DukeNukedEmm could hear the player telling his friends that he was "back in the game" but the bullets were going "right through me."
Instead of a purposeful hack, it seemed like the game-breaking invincibility was a glitch.

At this time, it's impossible to know exactly how the player ended up invincible.
Based on their own statements, it seemed as though the player had returned from the Gulag when they suddenly became Superman. He also appeared to respawn without any weapons or armor, which is quite strange.
Despite the comms and the odd circumstances, some players speculated that it was still a hack. Others wondered if DukeNukedEmm was actually hitting any of his shots or is cheating themselves. Some players have noticed in other situations that Ricochet Anti-Cheat has made hackers do zero damage, the bullets apparently no longer registering.
But for now, it's not confirmed what truly went down that led to this insane bug.
