Here's a guide on how to unlock the Liondancer Practice quest, how to complete it and also the rewards you will earn for doing it.
How to find and complete the Wuthering Waves Backflip Challenge?
The Liondancer's Practice Quest in Wuthering Waves can be unlocked by talking to Xiuyi in Jinzhou. He can be found next to the gift shop icon on the map. The gift shop is on the lower level of the city. Xiuyi will suggest you try your hand at Liondancing and he will offer three levels of difficulty. Each difficulty has rewards so make sure you complete all three!

Tips: How to beat the backflip challenge in Wuthering Waves
The main difficulty of the backflip challenge in Wuthering Waves is that once you reach medium difficulty the platform shrinks. This means you can find yourself backflipping off the platform and having to glide back on (which consumes stamina).
The trick to beating the backflip challenge on all difficulties is instead to perform the backflip in mid-air after jumping off the platform. You can do this by lining yourself up with a corner, jump and then perform the backflip to land right back on the platform as shown below. Repeat the process to perform ten backflips. After jumping off do not press any other button! (only backflip)
- Easy and Medium level: Walk and jump off the corner of the platform, at the peak of your jump perform your backflip.
- Difficult level: Instead of walking now dash/run towards the corner of the platform and then jump off. At the peak of your jump perform your backflip. Press W/forward while in the backflip to get a good rhythm and beat the time limit.
If you land on the ground the challenge will be lost and you will have to retry. You can glide if you end up falling off the platform to save yourself, but remember this consume stamina! At each level of difficulty you will get a reward for performing 5 backflips, and an additional reward for completing 10.
There is a challenge to "complete more backflips" but there is no extra reward for doing so, it's just to try to encourage you to not just stop when you've done 10 and the timer hasn't run out.
