Pulsar Gaming unveils special collab celebrating Bruce Lee’s 85th birthday

Pulsar Gaming Gear and Bruce Lee Enterprises are teaming up for a new limited edition gaming collection. Lee Jun-fan, better known worldwide as Bruce Lee and one of the greatest action film icons, would have celebrated his 85th birthday this year. To honor his legacy and his role in introducing Asian culture to global cinema, Pulsar is releasing this special commemorative collection.

According to Pulsar’s press release, "the Bruce Lee 85th Anniversary Edition collection is designed to integrate the martial arts master’s iconic imagery and philosophy with competitive gaming technology. In particular, the products aim to embody the speed and precision associated with Lee's martial art, Jeet Kune Do."

Every piece in the collection takes inspiration from Bruce Lee’s signature white-and-navy look from the 1973 classic Enter the Dragon. The star passed away on July 20, 1973, just six days before the film’s release, which makes it an even more iconic moment in cinema history.

"Bruce Lee is both iconic and symbolic all over the world. Our first product collaboration resonated very strongly within the gaming community, demonstrating the wide-reaching appeal of his philosophy," said Stuart Chan, CMO of Pulsar Gaming Gears.

This collaboration builds on the success of Pulsar Gaming’s first project with Bruce Lee Enterprises three years ago, which sold out within a few hours.

As a limited release, the collection is designed for both high-level competitive gamers and dedicated Bruce Lee collectors. The Bruce Lee 85th Anniversary Edition products will go on sale starting Nov. 27, launching in tandem with the star’s birthday. In the US and Europe alike, fans will be able to purchase the collection directly from the official Pulsar Gaming Gears website.

Bruce Lee has left an indelible mark on the world of action cinema. His iconic scenes introduced global audiences to Asian culture, particularly martial arts. The legendary star has also been featured in various gaming collaborations, including the partnership with PUBG in 2023.

Most recently, Bruce Lee was announced as part of a special collaboration in the HITMAN: World of Assassination game, where he will be featured as the next Celebrity Elusive Target.

Additionally, the collaboration included The Bruce Lee Pack, which offers exclusive in-game items.
