Pokémon TCG Pocket Lapras Event: Everything you need to know
In the limited-time Pokémon TCG Lapras event, you have the chance to earn a Lapras EX card through a chance pack. But, there is more to this event than just the chance packs and the Lapras EX card. For starters lets look at how to access the event in-game and what you need to do in order to get started.
How to participate in the Pokémon TCG Pocket Lapras event
In order to find the event and begin competing, you'll need to go through the following steps, which you can see illustrated in the gallery below, courtesy of esports.gg:
- Open Pokémon TCG Pocket
- Click on the battles button in the bottom row (second from the right)
- Click Solo
- See the Lapras EX Drop Event and click on that
- From there, you will start with Beginner and can unlock harder difficulties as you beat each opponent

Lapras EX Drop Event rewards
For completing battles in the Lapras EX Drop Event, you have a chance to be rewarded with Chance Packs, which can contain Lapras EX, along with several other cards, which you can see below. If you earn a Chance Pack, remember to navigate to the home screen and click on the gifts tab in the top right to find your packs!
Otherwise, you can earn currency from defeating each difficulty for the first time, as well as some battle challenges that come with rewards of their own.
When does the Lapras EX Drop Event end?
The Pokémon TCG Pocket Lapras EX event will end on November 17 at 11:59 p.m. So, you have until then to try and earn the Lapras EX card and any other prizes you are after.
