The VALORANT Premier Open Beta was a huge success for Riot Games. After the troubles League of Legends had with their "Clash" competitive mode, it was imperative that VALORANT does not share the same fate. With Premier being an eventual link to the competitive scene, Riot is on its way to creating the optimal mode that goes above ranked.
How do I complete VALORANT Premier Ignition registration?
Verify your phone number to your VALORANT account
The first crucial step in order to play Premier mode is to verify your phone number and link it to your VALORANT account. Here is how you can link your phone number to your VALORANT account:
- Launch VALOARANT
- Head on over to the Premier section
- Select "Verify" located in the bottom right
- In the first box enter your country code. In the second box enter your phone number
- Enter the code you received via SMS
To put players at ease, the country code is simply digits that you enter at the front of your mobile. For example, in the UK you would add +44. If you are unsure what your country code is, please refer to this website.

In order to compete in the VALORANT Premier Ignition phase, you will have to register your team again. It is the same process as the Open Beta, teams will register during the enrollment period. Teams can have up to seven players.
Here is how to register for the VALORANT Premier Ignition stage:

- Head over to the Premier tab
- In the bottom right select "Create team"
- Enter your team's name in the upper box. In the lower box enter your team's tag
- Create and customize your team's logo
