Find out exactly when you can start earning Double XP next in Black Ops 7.
Everyone loves earning more XP in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. More XP means grinding through levels and weapons quicker, which earns rewards faster and keeps your dopamine levels high. While you can always pop some of your saved Double XP Tokens to earn some extra XP while you're grinding during the week, most players simply wait for Double XP Weekends to start in Black Ops 7.
Unfortunately, Double XP Weekends aren't too common, so when can we expect the next one to begin?
Next Double XP Weekend release date in Black Ops 7
The most recent Double XP Weekend in Black Ops 7 occurred right after the launch of Season 2, which started on Feb. 5 and ended on Feb. 9. Activision usually does a Double XP Weekend to celebrate a new season, so this was nothing out of the ordinary.

However, moving forward, we don't have any official confirmation for when the next round of Double XP is going live. The earliest we could see a new Double XP Weekend happening is actually this weekend, as there are two major holidays back-to-back. On Feb. 14, we have Valentine's Day, and Feb. 16 is Presidents' Day in the United States, which is a recognized federal holiday. Given that some players might get off work this weekend or on Presidents' Day itself, Activision could see that as an opportunity to reel them in with some Double XP.
Beyond this coming holiday weekend, the next round of Double XP could theoretically come at any time. The Season 2 Reloaded update is likely coming in the first week of March, so that's a logical time to celebrate with some Double XP, but we don't have an official date on that update just yet.
We'll continue to update this article with news of when the next Double XP Weekend is set to go live in Black Ops 7.
