The Sturmwolf 45 is a new SMG in Black Ops 7, but how is it unlocked?
Season 1 in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Warzone isn't done delivering content to the community. There are two weapons set to arrive in the Season 1 Reloaded update, with one of them being the beloved Ballista sniper rifle. However, the other is the Sturmwolf 45 submachine gun, which looks very similar to the classic UMP-45.
Not much else is known about the Sturmwolf 45 in Black Ops 7, but we do have a good idea about how you can unlock this SMG in Season 1.
Unlocking the Sturmwolf 45 SMG in Black Ops 7 and Warzone
The Sturmwolf 45 can be unlocked through the Fallout event in Black Ops 7 after Season 1 Reloaded is released. The Fallout event is releasing at the same time as Season 1 Reloaded, so you can hop in and begin playing to earn the new SMG.
When you log in to view the Fallout event, you'll see that there are two tracks you can complete: a free track and a premium track. Fortunately, you don't have to pay for the premium track to unlock the Sturmwolf 45, as it's available through the free track.
You can complete the free track by completing challenges in Black Ops 7, Zombies, and Warzone. The Sturmwolf 45 is the final unlock on the free track, so it will take a solid amount of time to be able to unlock it. However, once you do, you can equip it freely in any mode.
Alternatively, there should also be a Store Bundle that contains a weapon blueprint for the Sturmwolf 45. We don't know what this bundle is, how much it costs, or the blueprint it contains, but it should be released shortly after Season 1 Reloaded goes live.
