The Strider 300 is a brand new sniper rifle, but how do you unlock it in Season 3 of Black Ops 7?
Season 3 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Warzone is absolutely packed with content on all fronts, and this includes after the initial launch. While players will have a couple of new weapons to unlock starting on April 2, there are several more weapons coming later down the line. One of these weapons is the Strider 300 sniper rifle, which you can unlock in the middle of Season 3 in Black Ops 7.

Unlocking the Strider 300 in Black Ops 7 and Warzone
Since the Strider 300 is arriving during the middle of the season, it won’t be unlocked through the Battle Pass, unlike the VST and the MK35 ISR. While this means you don’t have to grind out Battle Pass tiers for the sniper, you will have to grind out something else entirely.
The Strider 300 is going to be unlocked through an in-game event during the course of Season 3. That event is called “The Lost Outpost,” and it looks to be another all-encompassing event that requires you to play every game mode in Black Ops 7, including multiplayer, Zombies, Endgame, and Warzone. You’ll have to complete challenges in every mode to earn rewards, such as camos, cosmetics, blueprints, and the Strider 300.
We don’t know exactly when The Lost Outpost event is arriving in Season 3, but it should be one of the first ones to be released. You can expect it to launch sometime in early-mid April.
Of course, if you don’t want to go through an entire event to unlock the Strider 300, you can also purchase a store bundle that contains a blueprint for the sniper rifle. This immediately unlocks the weapon, but it will cost you some precious COD Points. At this time, it’s unclear what bundle a Strider 300 blueprint will be in, so we’ll have to wait on pricing and content details until later on in Season 3.
