One of the most infamous weapon camo challenges in Black Ops 7.
We're still early on in the life cycle of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, but there's one weapon camo challenge that's breaking the back off many players: "getting kills on enemies affected by Tacticals." This is a camo challenge for a variety of weapons in Black Ops 7, and it's deceivingly difficult to complete.
If you're having a hard time getting kills on enemies affected by your Tacticals, those struggles stop today. Check out the guide below so you can complete this challenge in just a few matches of Black Ops 7.
Getting enemy kills affected by Tacticals in Black Ops 7
For starters, this challenge requires you to throw a piece of Tactical Equipment at an enemy and kill them while they're still affected by it. Tactical Equipment consists of Stun Grenades, Flash Grenades, etc., so when the effects of those grenades wear off, your kills on an enemy will no longer count.
While you might be pulling your hair out trying to complete this challenge, take a look at the steps below for a foolproof method of getting it done in Black Ops 7. You might need to level up quicker in multiplayer to unlock some of the items necessary for the method, though.
- Go to your loadouts and equip the EMP Grenade in your Tactical Equipment slot
- You also want to equip the Tac Expert Wildcard, giving you two Tacticals at the start of each life
- Also equip the Scavenger perk in slot 2, allowing you to replenish Tacticals from dead enemies, and the Assault Pack as your Field Upgrade, so you can refill equipment several times during a match
- With that class set up, go into a Hardcore playlist, which you can access through the Quick Play filter in Black Ops 7
- In Hardcore, do your best to flank around enemies and only use your Tacticals when you know you can get a kill
- If you're using EMP Grenades, the effects from them last for a total of seven seconds
- This gives you seven seconds to kill the enemy that you hit with the EMP Grenade
If you follow the steps above, then you'll be able to complete this camo challenge much easier than using any other method you could think of. Of course, you'll still need to execute, but this setup gives you the best chances of completing the challenge.
