Season 4 of Black Ops 7 and Warzone is still a ways away, but what is the exact release date?
Season 3 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Warzone only just launched, but there’s no reason why we can’t look ahead to what’s coming down the pipeline. After all, Season 3 delivered a huge helping of content, so it’s natural for fans to wonder what Black Ops 7 Season 4 could introduce in a couple of months’ time.
While we can wonder about the content all we want, it’s more important to know the release date of Season 4.
Black Ops 7 and Warzone Season 4 release date
Of course, with Season 3 only just releasing on April 2, Activision hasn’t confirmed anything about Season 4 just yet. The publishers won’t publicly say much about the new season until it’s a couple of weeks away, so we’ll have to wait over a month before hearing anything official.
However, just because Activision hasn’t confirmed content or a release date for Season 4 doesn’t mean we don’t have a solid idea of when it will launch. If you look at the Season 3 Battle Pass tab in Black Ops 7 or Warzone, you’ll see there’s a countdown timer in the top-left corner of the page. This timer is counting down the days until the Season 3 Battle Pass expires, which also gives us the timeline for when Season 4 will arrive.
Currently, the Season 3 Battle Pass is counting down to late May 2026. So, we can expect Season 4 to launch sometime in the timeframe, but there’s also some wiggle room. Activision will often add time to the countdown to slightly prolong a season, so Season 4 could come out between late May and early June.
With the season being so far out at this point, we can’t lock down a specific release date yet. However, you can expect Season 4 teasers to begin in mid-May and the season to be released anytime between the last week of May and the first week of June.
