The MK35 ISR doesn’t have any kind of special quality for an assault rifle, but it’s a fantastic all-around weapon that will surely slide right into the Season 3 multiplayer meta. You get solid damage range, recoil control, and fire rate right off the bat with the weapon, so your loadout for it should simply look to maximize all of its strengths.
